This is the agreement you accept when you submit a video. It also appears on the form itself, where you tick it and type your name.
Use of your video
By submitting this video, I confirm that I am a genuine customer of SOVA Insurance and that the experience I describe is my own. I grant SOVA Insurance a licence to use, edit, reproduce and publish this video (in whole or in part) for marketing and advertising purposes — including on social media, in paid advertising, and on the SOVA Insurance website — for a period of 12 months from the date of this submission. I understand I may withdraw this consent at any time by written request to SOVA Insurance, though this may not remove content already published or running in active campaigns at the time of withdrawal.
About the gift card
I understand that not every submission will be selected. If SOVA Insurance selects my video for use in its marketing, I will receive a $50 Amazon gift card as a thank-you for the licence granted above. I understand that selection is based on whether the video is usable — its length, picture and sound quality, and fit with the campaign — and not on whether my feedback is positive, negative or mixed.
